# Managing Your Deals

### Stay organized without overthinking it

As you add more deals, managing them should feel simple — not like another system to maintain.

Aardvark gives you a clear, flexible way to keep your deals up to date without getting in your way.

***

#### What you can do from your deals dashboard

From your deals dashboard, you can:

* View all your active and inactive deals
* Edit links, codes, or descriptions
* Turn deals on or off
* Remove deals you no longer want to share

Everything is designed to be easy to change as your partnerships evolve.

***

#### Turning deals on and off

You don’t need to delete a deal just because it’s temporary.

If a deal is seasonal or no longer relevant, you can simply turn it off. You can always turn it back on later when it makes sense again.

This helps keep what users see aligned with what you actually want to promote.

***

#### Updating deals over time

Brands change links, codes expire, and priorities shift — that’s normal.

You can update your deals at any time, and changes take effect immediately. There’s no need to re-add or recreate anything from scratch.

***

#### A helpful rule of thumb

If a deal no longer reflects what you’d recommend today, turn it off.

Your deals should feel current, intentional, and aligned with your voice — not like an archive.
