When you follow a creator, you unlock access to the deals they’ve chosen to share.

Those deals:

* Become available to you
* Appear automatically when you visit a supported brand
* Stay tied to that creator, transparently

There’s nothing extra you need to do.

#### Why deals are sometimes locked

You may occasionally see that a deal is locked or unavailable. This usually means one of three things:

* You’re not following the creator yet
* The creator doesn’t currently have an active deal for that brand
* The deal is no longer valid

In most cases, following the creator is all it takes.

#### What happens after you unlock a deal

Once a deal is unlocked:

* It’s ready to use when you shop
* You’ll see clear instructions on how it works
* You’ll know exactly which creator you’re supporting
