🤔Using Aardvark's Browser Extension
The Aardvark browser extension is what makes everything feel effortless.
Once it’s installed, you don’t need to open it, manage it, or think about it. It simply runs in the background and steps in only when it’s actually useful.
What the extension does
When you visit a brand’s website, the extension checks a few things:
Is this a brand that exists on Aardvark?
Do any creators you follow have an active deal for this brand?
If the answer is yes, you’ll see it. If not, nothing happens.
No noise. No clutter.
What you’ll see (and what you won’t)
You’ll only see the extension when:
You’re already on a brand’s site
A creator you follow has a deal available
You won’t see:
Random pop-ups
Unrelated offers
Deals from creators you don’t follow
This is intentional. Aardvark stays out of the way unless there’s something worth showing.
Choosing a creator
If more than one creator you follow has a deal for the same brand, the extension lets you choose who you’d like to support.
Once you select a creator, their deal is revealed and ready to use.
You’re always in control.
If nothing appears
Not seeing the extension usually means one of these things:
You’re not following a creator with a deal for that brand
The brand doesn’t currently have creator deals on Aardvark
The creator’s deal is no longer active
In all cases, you can keep shopping normally — nothing is broken.
Your privacy
The extension only checks whether deals are available for the site you’re visiting.
It doesn’t track your browsing history or show deals outside of supported brands. Its job is simple: help when it can, and stay quiet when it can’t.
