Billing questions can be frustrating — we try to keep things as simple and transparent as possible.

Here are answers to the most common billing-related questions from creators.


I was charged — what was it for?

Charges are related to your selected creator plan.

You can always see:

  • Your current plan

  • Billing history

  • Invoices

Directly from your account settings.


Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes.

You can:

  • Upgrade or downgrade your plan

  • Cancel at any time

There are no long-term contracts, and changes take effect based on your billing cycle.


I canceled, but still see access

That’s normal.

When you cancel, you keep access to creator tools until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account returns to user-only access.


What happens to my deals if I cancel?

Your deals won’t disappear unexpectedly.

If your plan ends:

  • Creator tools are disabled

  • You can re-enable them anytime by reactivating a plan

Nothing is deleted without your control.
